ELECTRIC LOVE BAKESHOP

Electric Love Bakeshop began as a dream to reimagine the world of kosher baking.  We began to get creative in the kitchen and take our favourite treats and recipes and make incredible pareve versions of them.  Our vision is to create cakes, pies, cookies, and so much more that would rival the best bakeries in the city, all while using the best and finest ingredients around.

Electric Love Bakeshop was started by the owner and pastry chef, Jesse Lash, after graduating from the Baking and Pastry Arts Management program at George Brown College in Toronto.  With the incredible support of friends and family, this bakery was able to come to fruition. Jesse specializes in rustic designs and creating comfort food desserts and has a serious love for pie.   

 

All of Electric Love's baked goods are COR certified kosher pareve, pas yisroel, and entirely nut-free and sesame-free! Everything we make is also 100% vegetarian and we are happy to accommodate most allergies upon request.  We are pleased to offer vegan or gluten-friendly options for most of our baked good!
