Pickups and Deliveries: To choose pickup as an option, please set the pickup time between 9:00am to 2:30pm. For deliveries, Your time slot is just a placeholder. Please note that we do not guarantee your exact delivery time as your delivery depends on where we are in the route. Our driver will deliver according to the most efficient route for all the orders of the day, starting South near Bathurst and Lawrence then heading North towards Thornhill.  The standard delivery window is 12:00-5:00pm so please ensure someone is home within those hours to receive the order.  If you need a specific delivery time or have any concerns about the delivery timing please contact us PRIOR to ordering.

The Fine Print: Please note that all orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours of the pick up or delivery time.  For online orders, we do not issue credit card refunds if you need to cancel or modify your order. Any refunds issued will be at the sole discretion of the management team and only issued in the form of store credit, without exception. We may be able to accommodate last minute additions or changes, however you must call us to request and confirm those changes.  If you request any changes to your order by email, you must receive an email confirmation, otherwise we might have not received your request.  For any questions you might have, please contact us directly, thank you. Please do not put custom cake designs or severe allergies in the notes section of the order. Call us prior to any special requests, custom designs/flavours or any allergies as we will not issue refunds for orders that result in cancellation from not being able to fulfill requests written in the notes or requests section of the ordering page.
